We offer our customers a complete range of Tree Consultancy and Management Services.
Below is a list of some of these services that we offer.
Tree Surveys & Inspections
Tree inspections collect a range of objective and subjective information about individual trees in a systematic approach.

When defects are suspected, they are confirmed by thorough examination and analysis.

Our tree surgeons will then advise you of any remedial tree work required and suggest a cost-effective tree management plan to ensure your trees remain safe and you remain compliant.
Development Survey
Local authorities require information relating to all trees in proximity to proposed developments.

Your BS5837 tree survey, and the arboricultural report, will be specifically tailored to meet your needs as well as those of the tree officer and your local planning department.

If you wish, our tree surveyor shall meet at the property to discuss the tree constraints and how to increase your chances of a successful application.
Tree Condition Survey
This type of tree survey is what you need if you are concerned about the health or safety of trees.

During your tree survey we will identify defects such as weak branch junctions, disease or decay and we will assess how the structural integrity of each tree is affected.

Your Tree Report will explain our findings and make recommendations to reduce liability and risk.

Ecological Survey
Ecological Surveys and Reports may be requested as part of your development’s planning assessment.

These reports indicate what species may be present on the development site, and if so, what protection they will require through the construction phase.
We are experienced in providing ecology reports and recommending solutions to assist in your planning application approval.
Woodland Management Plans
When considering an investment in woodland management, we are able to advise on the best value for money and return on investment for land use and timber harvesting.
We can also assist with grant applications.

Our relationship with the Forestry Commission and other statutory authorities means we are able to advise on a range of grants and subsidies available to you.

Ancient & Veteran Tree Management Plans
We recognise the vulnerability, fragility and potential for irreversible errors in ancient & veteran trees.

If not preserved through correct management, they will not succeed into longevity.

The accurate evaluation of ancient and veteran trees, together with principles and procedures to prolong their lives, formulating flexible, long-term management plans cannot be undervalued.

Continuity of habitat and associated species is combined with specialist inspections to produce detailed assessments of individual communities of trees and their physiological environments.
Protected Species Survey

A protected species survey is a form of assessment that establishes the presence of wildlife or plant life within the list of European protected species on or adjacent to a proposed development site.

Invasive Species Survey
Invasive species can cause significant harm to native wildlife, people and buildings, if left unchecked.

There are some species, such as Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica) and Giant hogweed (Heracleum mantegazzianum), whose presence on site can restrict working practices as well as causing soil and materials to be classified as a controlled waste which require specialist disposal, increasing costs and project time-scales
